My academic interests center on robotics and artificial intelligence — specifically reinforcement learning and robot perception — and I conduct research at NYU's AI4CE Lab, where I work on egocentric robot manipulation systems. I’m very excited to work with you this semester and help guide you through the fascinating worlds of machine learning and linear algebra. Previously I conducted researches in robotic Vision-Language-Action models, and I am currently diving deeper into world models, especially their connections with robot learning, gaming agents, and video compression. During my own learning journey, I have picked up many useful strategies and, just as importantly, encountered many common pitfalls.
