Hi everyone, I’m He (Helen) Tu, a senior in the Class of 2027 majoring in Data Science and Mathematics. I’m excited to support your learning in Data Structures and Databases and help make challenging concepts more approachable and enjoyable. Beyond academics, I enjoy visiting museums, watching musicals, and reading mystery and detective novels.

Hi! I’m Scarlett Su, a CS major in the Class of 2029. My academic interests lie at the intersection of software engineering and interactive design, fueled by hands-on projects coding intuitive user interfaces. Outside of debugging, you’ll find me painting, reading, diving, or picking up new languages. Hi! I'm Roger, a senior in the Class of 2027 majoring in Computer Science. My academic interests center on robotics and artificial intelligence — specifically reinforcement learning and robot perception — and I conduct research at NYU's AI4CE Lab, where I work on egocentric robot manipulation systems. As a Learning Assistant for Computer Science, I'm always happy to work through problems step by step and find the approach that clicks for you. Hi! I'm Xinran Wu, a sophomore majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. I'm excited to be a Learning Assistant for Probability and Statistics and Discrete Mathematics. My academic interests include machine learning, robotics, and mathematical thinking in computer science. As someone with extensive tutoring experience, I enjoy working through challenging concepts with students and helping them build confidence in their problem-solving skills. Hi everyone! I’m Yushen (Eric) Liang, a senior majoring in Computer Science. I’m very excited to work with you this semester and help guide you through the fascinating worlds of machine learning and linear algebra. Previously I conducted researches in robotic Vision-Language-Action models, and I am currently diving deeper into world models, especially their connections with robot learning, gaming agents, and video compression. During my own learning journey, I have picked up many useful strategies and, just as importantly, encountered many common pitfalls. I’m really looking forward to sharing these lessons with you so that your journey into those concepts can be smoother, more intuitive, and more enjoyable. Hi! I’m Geo, a Co27 student majoring in Mathematics. My academic interests include numerical analysis and mathematical statistics. Outside of class, I enjoy playing Minecraft, exploring topics in economics, and learning about technology. As a Learning Assistant, I aim to help students build both a strong understanding of course material and confidence in their problem-solving abilities.
