About the Advising Office 

The Advising Office is located in Room W532. To provide better advising experiences, students are encouraged to meet their advisors in person.

Schedule an Appointment

The Office of Academic Advising has adopted a new platform called NYU Connect for scheduling advising appointments. See how to schedule and sign in by scanning the printed QR code outside the office when you come for an appointment so that your advisor can be notified of your arrival.

Walk-in Hours

Starting from Spring 2024, the walk-in hours (Monday to Friday from 2 to 4 pm) will only be available during the following periods:

  • Add/drop period: January 22 - February 2
  • Registration month: March 11 - April 19, excluding April 1 - 5 due to Spring Recess.
