Laboratory Usage Forms

The laboratories support team manages the daily operation and maintenance of all assets used in the laboratories of NYU Shanghai (according to NYU Shanghai Asset Management Policy 2015.1.23). However, in case there is indeed a necessity, the borrower of laboratories items should fill out the form and get approval.
