Established in 2016 by the Center for Career Development, the annual I Am Limitless Conference celebrated its 10th anniversary in Spring 2026. The week-long conference attracted over 377 participants across 10 distinct career events spanning four categories, with a focus on global networking and industry engagement.
By connecting students with distinguished alumni, faculty, and employers, the conference provided the community with direct insights into trending industry topics, practical career resources, and future job opportunities.

This roundtable, hosted with the Global Awards Office, brought together outstanding scholars and alumni to explore the deeper meaning of leadership within highly selective academic fellowships and scholarships. Introduction to Initial Public Offering (IPO) 解密IPO：上市这件事儿
Led by CCD's career coach and former investment banker Andrew Hua, this session walked participants through the entire IPO lifecycle, from initial preparation to final listing. Attendees gained a practical understanding of how companies go public, how IPOs shape capital markets, and the role investment banks play. A teaser presentation on a target company was delivered in the end by IBAP program members.
Gaming Hour: Did We Mess It Up Again? (feat. Buy42) 桌游时刻：人类又搞砸了
The educational board game, invented by Buy42 Charity Store, simulated urban development and environmental sustainability. Participants actively collaborated to navigate the high-stakes friction between short-term economic growth and long-term ecological preservation, rounding out the experience with an insightful reflection session alongside a guest speaker from Buy42.

This Alumni talk invites NYU Courant alumnus Muge Chen, to share his journey from academic training to leading innovation teams within a global technology company. This session combined three vital angles: personal career storytelling, macro AI industry insights, and practical recruitment advice from an interviewer’s point of view to inspire students who are interested in entering the AI technology industry.

The 2026 Spring Career Fair featured over 65 companies across 15+ diverse industries, bringing hundreds of full-time positions and high-quality internships to campus on March 6. Among them, more than 50% of employers are seeking international talent.
Serving as a vital networking hub, the career fair offered both Chinese and international students at all career stages an opportunity to interface directly with industry professionals and unlock their professional potential.
