Senior year can be a very busy time for most students, and is filled with the capstone project, senior thesis, graduate school application, internship, and commencement. Four-Year PlanRequired Course(s): Some majors require students to take a one-semester or two-semester capstone course(s).
Thesis Requirement: All students are required to complete a minimum 15-page thesis paper or equivalent to fulfill the graduation requirements. Some students may complete the thesis requirement through the required one or two-semester capstone course(s) for their major(s).
Graduation Application
Students may officially graduate in September, January, or May. Students can march in May if they are within 16 credits of the required 128 to graduate. By the time you apply for graduation, you must complete all degree requirements. Learn more about the timeline for graduation application and diplomas.
Commencement
