COVID Visitor Program

In fall 2020, NYU Shanghai hosted Chinese visiting students who were unable to travel to and study in-person at their foreign universities due to COVID-19 border restrictions. The program is not accepting applications from new prospective visiting students for spring 2021. If you are interested in studying at NYU Shanghai in summer 2021 as a visiting student, please see instructions on how to apply here.  Questions about taking summer courses can be directed to shanghai.summer@nyu.edu. 

Visiting students at NYU Shanghai receive graded transcripts at the conclusion of the semester and are expected to confirm independently with their home school advisors whether the course credits will be accepted by their home universities.
