Dance Professor Aly Rose was invited to lecture on her work in China, the U.S., Cuba, and the UAE in creating performances that have served as catalysts for building long term platforms for creative expression with government and educational institutions. After the lecture, students of the Choreography & Performance class as well as her own dancers performed selected works in front of artists' works now on display at the MOCA. The two-hour evening on November 6 was experienced by 150 guests. Dong Lingyu positions her body as part of Qiu Anxiong’s New Book of Mountains and Seas.
