Yinghong Wang is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Marketing at NYU Shanghai and the Capstone Director of the MSMRS (Master of Science in Marketing and Retail Science) Program jointly offered by NYU Stern and NYU Shanghai. Prior to joining NYU Shanghai, Yinghong published her first book, The Secret Book of Connected Marketing, in 2019. Before that, she was the Head of Engagement Marketing at Amazon Retail, China.
Yinghong has more than 20 years of marketing experience in the industry focusing on customer engagement through mobile, digital and social, in-market retail and relationship management, holding senior roles at companies such as GM, Dell, and IBM. Yinghong is a key driver of customer experience in organizations, cross shopping journey all touch points, from virtual to reality. New technology empowers the development of new product, service and business models for growth and optimization.
