Public Policy, Economics and Business, International Studies Details: Designed to prepare the next generation of global leaders, Schwarzman Scholars is a one-year scholarship created to respond to the geopolitical landscape of the 21st century. Students in this program will spend a year immersed in an international community of thinkers, innovators and senior leaders in business, politics and society. This experience will expand students’ understanding of the world, with a focus on China's role and international relationships, and create a growing network of scholars, executives, and innovators across fields. Comprehensive scholarship including tuition, fees, room and board, travel to and from Beijing, an in-country study tour, books, supplies, laptop and smartphone, health insurance and personal stipend.
Eligibility: All nationalities; Undergraduate degree or first degree from an accredited college or university or its equivalent; English language proficiency (this requirement is waived for applicants who studied at an undergraduate institution where the primary language of instruction was English for at least two years of the applicant’s academic program), acceptable test options are TOEFL PBT, TOEFL iBT and IELTS.

Deadline: The application window for the Class of 2025 is now closed. For applicants who hold passports from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao, regardless of where they attended university or reside, the application period for the Class of 2026 will be Jan 2024 - May 2024; for all other nationalities, the application period will be Apr 2024 - Sep 2024.
