On April 24 and 25, the 2015 Asia Educational Facility Design and Technology Summit took place in Shanghai, with NYU Shanghai Director of Campus Facilities David Yan as the event's first speaker. Yan, whose speech was titled "How Are New Generation Learning Spaces Technology Impacting Student Learning?," also chaired on the summit's second day.
Campus facility experts hailing from universities and international schools across China attended the summit and brainstormed with constructional and comprehensive ideals. The presentations focused on how to build future campus and learning facilities, while discovering the potential of human learning and optimizing study efficiency.
