NYU Shanghai is committed to protecting the safety and well-being of minors who participate in programs and activities held at or sponsored by NYU Shanghai.
General Information
According to NYU Shanghai Protection of Minors Policy, programs involving minors should be registered in the Protection of Minors on Campus Registration System. The System will allow the Compliance and Risk Management Department to manage programs, staff, and participants and to track compliance with policy requirements.
- Those registering programs and activities that NYU Shanghai operates or sponsors should review the NYU Shanghai Covered Program Registration System Guide and the corresponding NYU Shanghai Covered Program Director Checklist prior to registering.
- Non-University organizations registering programs and activities that take place in NYU Shanghai facilities should reach out to the Compliance and Risk Management Department for detailed instructions prior to registering.
