Cindy Chiu
Cindy is the Adjunct Professor of Organizational Communication at NYU Shanghai. She has spent the past 20 years in the industry - 11 years with McKinsey & Company, 5 years with the LEGO Group, 2 years with Microsoft, 1 year with Nike, and 2 years with Stokke, a Scandinavian babycare company. She is experienced in new business building, Profit & Loss management, and team development.
Under Cindy’s leadership, the LEGO Flagship Store won the “2020 Shanghai Experience Store Award” and “Asian Dragon Award” as Best Social Media Campaign and Best Campaign of China.
Cindy enjoys experiencing different cultures. She has lived in the US, China, Jamaica, London, Singapore, and Tokyo. She enjoys music, travel, and being an MC.
