Chen Chen is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Business Analytics at NYU Shanghai. He received his PhD from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Before joining NYU Shanghai, He was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Operations Management area at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. His research centers on improving marketplaces' operations by leveraging available data and developing efficient algorithms. His work has been awarded the first prize of the inaugural 2019 INFORMS Revenue Management and Pricing Jeff McGill Student Paper Award.
