      张琳敏现任上海纽约大学神经科学实践助理教授、神经科学本科培养负责人。她在纽约大学获得语言学博士学位，在复旦大学获得法语语言文学学士学位。

      张教授的研究兴趣包括形式语义学和实验语言学。她的研究运用结合形式逻辑、实验手段等方法，探索人类语言中所反映出的推理能力、语义组合能力，从而提高我们对人类抽象认知以及普遍的语言意义计算机制的认识。张教授正在开展的研究项目涉及动态语义学 (dynamic semantics)、程度语义学 (degree semantics)、问句 (questions)、数词与量化表达 (numerals and quantifiers)、因果关系(causal dependence)、 虚拟条件句 (counterfactuals) 、命题态度 (attitude reports) 以及自然语言语义学中的形式技术 (formal techniques applicable to natural language semantics)等。  张教授的研究成果发表在 Linguistics & Philosophy、Journal of Semantics、NeuroImage等学术期刊上。

      张教授曾在康考迪亚大学及上海纽约大学担任博士后研究员。
