Wil Weitzel is an Affiliated Faculty member at NYU Shanghai. His stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Conjunctions, EPOCH, Kenyon Review, The O. Henry Prize Stories 2017, Michigan Quarterly Review, Prairie Schooner, and elsewhere. He received his MFA from the NYU Writers Workshop in Paris and an NYC Emerging Writers Fellowship at the Center for Fiction. He won the Washington Square Review Flash Fiction Award and his creative nonfiction was recognized as “Notable” in The Best American Essays 2016. He is currently at work on a novel.
