Ratan Dey is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Computer Science at NYU Shanghai. Prior to this position, he was an adjunct professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He has also worked as a software engineer at Teach for America, Bangla Phone Ltd., and Stochastic Logic Ltd. During his PhD studies, he received a GAAN fellowship, CRISSP fellowship, and CATT fellowship. He was one of the finalists in the First International Students’ Conference, “IT Security for the Next Generation” by Kaspersky Lab (2011).
