Fitness Classes

For those who are interested in and willing to commit to a more regular fitness routine, you’ll be able to sign up for semester-long weekly group fitness classes, including yoga, traditional Chinese dance, K-pop dance, hip-hop dance, salsa, aerobics, cardio, strength conditioning, tai chi, and more. Courses have different levels, from beginner to advanced practice. Classes change from semester to semester to reflect the seasons and interests of the student body.
