Dr. Theodoni studied physics at the University of Athens and received her Ph.D. from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona studying the underlying neural mechanisms of bistable perception. Prior to joining NYU Shanghai, she was working as a postdoctoral fellow at the Centre de Recerca Matemàtica (CRM) in Barcelona, investigating the encoding and retrieval of episodic memories.
