Leandro Vendramin is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at NYU Shanghai. He is also a professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Professor Vendramin's research interests are related to non-commutative algebra with his results being published in prestigious mathematics journals, such as: Journal of the European Mathematical Society, Advances in Mathematics, and Transactions of the AMS. Professor Vendramin received an Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship to work with István Heckenberger and worked as a postdoctoral fellow with Agata Smoktunowicz in the University of Edinburgh.
