Claire Whitenack is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Writing Program at NYU Shanghai. A recent PhD graduate from Cornell University, Whitenack has served as an instructor for numerous courses including: Elements of Academic Writing, Writing Across Cultures, and Foundations of Academic Writing. While at Cornell, she was the recipient of the Peer Collaboration Award, the Martin Sampson Teaching Award, and the American Academy of Poets Award.
