Cindy Chiu is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Communication at NYU Shanghai. She has spent the past 20 years working in the industry—eleven years with McKinsey & Company, five years with the LEGO Group, two years with Microsoft, and one year with Nike. She is experienced in new business building, Profit & Loss management, and team development. Under Cindy’s leadership, the LEGO Flagship Store won the “2020 Shanghai Experience Store Award” and “Asian Dragon Award” as Best Social Media Campaign and Best Campaign of China.
Cindy enjoys experiencing different cultures. She has lived in the US, China, Jamaica, London, Singapore, and Tokyo. She enjoys music, travel, and being an MC.
